Blog Power!

Once upon a time, the Internet belonged to no one. Then Big Bad Business decided that, like the early American settlers, life without the concept of ownership was unthinkable. And just like those colonials who snatched the land away from indigenous people, the Big Bad wants to co-opt your little slice of Web and squelch the free exchange that exists across it.

MoveOn.org is urging American bloggers (big and small) to get behind the effort to continue the policy of relative Net Neutrality. See, Congress is voting on a measure that would essentially gut Net Neutrality and turn over huge chunks to corporations, thereby "privatizing" what they don't own and giving them control over what we see and do online.
